Who this is for: anyone who buys or is given access to an AI With Jess course, Stop Wasting Tokens product, video, worksheet, template, guide or tool ("the Content").

Your licence

Unless a written agreement with us says otherwise, your licence is:

• Personal. It's for the person who bought it (or the one named learner on a seat we issued).
• Limited. It covers only the uses listed below.
• Non-exclusive. Other customers get the same licence.
• Non-transferable. You can't give, sell or assign it to anyone else.

Team, business and other licences are only available by separate written agreement (see the licence options page).

You MAY

• Access the Content for your own learning, through your own account.
• Download the items we mark as downloadable, such as worksheets, templates, checklists and PDFs, and keep them for your own use.
• Use the worksheets and templates for your own internal personal or business work, where we allow it. Fill them in, adapt them to your business, and use what you create from them inside your business.

You MAY NOT

1. Resell the Content, or any part of it.
2. Redistribute the lesson videos, in whole or in part.
3. Share your login or account access with anyone.
4. Upload the Content to another platform, site, drive, group, course or marketplace.
5. Publish lesson videos (or clips of them) anywhere.
6. Copy or sell the scripts, or the written lessons behind the videos.
7. Repackage the worksheets or templates as your own product, free or paid.
8. Sublicense the Content to anyone.
9. Create a competing course or product that substantially copies the Content.
10. Scrape, bulk-download, or use bots or tools to copy the Content.
11. Use the Content to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or to build datasets, unless we've given written permission.
12. Remove or hide copyright notices, licence notices, watermarks or branding.
13. Publicly share or post paid downloads.
14. Commercially redistribute the templates (for example, hand them out to clients or sell them) unless we've explicitly licensed that to you in writing.

What stays yours

What you write into a worksheet or template (your answers, your business details, your plans) belongs to you. Our blank forms, wording, structure and design stay ours.

AI disclosure

Some lessons are presented by AI-generated virtual instructors. Some use an AI-generated avatar of Jessica Richardson, used with her consent. Lesson text was drafted with AI help and reviewed and approved by Jessica.

If you break these rules

We may suspend or end your access without a refund, as far as the law allows [ATTORNEY]. We may also take other steps the law permits. If you're unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us first: [JESSICA DECIDES: contact method].

Changes

We may update this licence for future purchases. The version in force when you bought the Content applies to that purchase unless you agree to a new one. [ATTORNEY: confirm]
